Three protections from trial to bulk
- Trial Quality Refund. If a paid trial fails the acceptance specification we confirmed in writing before dispatch, we refund what you paid for the trial material.
- One Customs Replacement. If a qualifying international order is formally seized by customs, we reship equivalent goods once, free of charge, on verifiable official proof.
- Locked Batch + Same-Lot Evidence. For qualifying bulk orders we lock the specific lot before release, and the COA, HPLC chromatogram and MS report supplied correspond to that lot number.
