Peptide Trial Orders: One Box Per SKU
Start with one paid box (10 vials) per SKU. Confirm the acceptance specification in writing, review the lot documents and verify the material before moving that SKU to bulk. Trial payment is by Wise or Stripe.
Trial pricing per SKU is confirmed at the time of enquiry and subject to product and stock confirmation.

Trial Quality Refund
If a paid trial order is verified by a qualified independent laboratory as not meeting the acceptance specification confirmed in writing before dispatch, we refund the product cost of that trial order.
A first order with an unfamiliar supplier is the point where a buyer carries all the risk. This moves the specification risk to us: agree the standard in writing, test it independently, and if it misses, you are not out of pocket on the material.
What makes a claim assessable
- The acceptance specification is agreed in writing before the trial is dispatched. Without it there is no objective standard to test against, so it is the first step of every trial.
- Testing is carried out by a qualified independent laboratory of your choosing, not by us.
- The claim is supported by the laboratory report and by chain of custody linking the tested material to the lot number on your shipment.
- You notify us of the claim within 14 calendar days after delivery and provide the qualified laboratory report within 30 calendar days after delivery, unless the written order confirmation states a longer period.
What it does not cover
- This covers an objective failure against the agreed specification. It does not cover subjective dissatisfaction with material that meets that specification.
- We refund the product cost of the trial order. We do not reimburse your laboratory testing fees, freight, duties, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- A claim cannot be assessed without a report from a qualified independent laboratory and chain of custody to the supplied lot.
- Material that has been altered, decanted, or stored outside the handling conditions stated in the order confirmation falls outside this protection.
This is the same wording as the terms of use — the marketing page and the contract say one thing, not two.
Process
Five steps to qualify a peptide SKU
Each step records what was agreed, supplied and verified before a bulk order.

Choose the SKUs
Name the compounds and strengths you plan to buy in bulk. The trial quantity is one paid box (10 vials) for each selected SKU.

Write the specification down
Compound, format, fill per unit, packaging, documentation to be supplied, and packing and temperature handling. This is the document the whole relationship later depends on, so it is worth ten extra minutes now.
Ambiguity here is the single most common cause of a disputed second order.

Trial order and dispatch
The trial ships against that written specification. Packing and route are chosen for a small consignment, which is a different problem from a bulk shipment and is quoted separately.

Your verification
You check the received material against the specification and the lot documentation. If independent third-party testing is part of your process, this is where it happens — we would rather you tested than took our word for it.

Confirm or correct, then scale
If it matches, the specification becomes the reference for reorders and the conversation moves to quantity tiers. If it does not, the gap is resolved against the written spec before any volume is discussed.

Trial order versus bulk / repeat order
The two are quoted differently because they are different operations. Knowing which one you are asking for makes the quote faster.

Practical advice
How to make a trial order worth the freight
Most trial orders that fail to settle anything fail for the same handful of reasons. None of them are complicated, and all of them are avoidable at the quoting stage.
- Trial the compounds you actually reorder, not whichever one is least expensive
- Fix the fill per unit in writing — "5 mg vials" and "5 mg fill" are not always read the same way
- Decide before dispatch which documents you need, so they travel with the lot
- If you intend to test independently, say so up front and keep enough material aside for it
- Trial the packaging you will actually use at volume
- Record your acceptance criteria before the shipment arrives, not after
Trial order questions
Are trial orders free?
No. A trial order is paid — one box (10 vials) per SKU. Free material tends to be selected rather than representative, which defeats the purpose of verifying anything.
How can I pay for a trial order?
Paid trial orders may be paid by Wise or Stripe after order review. This website does not collect card or bank details; the applicable Wise instructions or Stripe payment link is supplied only after the buyer and order are reviewed.
Why one box per SKU, and not smaller?
One box is 10 vials of the same finished product you would receive at bulk. Fewer vials than that is not enough to check fill, packaging, lot documentation and handling at once — and a smaller trial would be closer to retail than to procurement qualification.
Can I trial several SKUs on the same order?
Yes. If you plan to bulk-order three SKUs, order one trial box of each on the same enquiry. They quote and ship together, and the specifications are all recorded before the bulk quote is issued.
Can I test the material myself or through a third party?
Yes, and it is encouraged. Independent third-party testing is supported, and a trial is the right point to do it — before your ten-box-per-SKU order commits.
What if the trial does not match the specification?
It gets resolved against the written specification before the bulk quote is issued. That is precisely why the specification is written down at step two rather than assumed.
Do I have to run a trial before a bulk order?
It is not mandatory. If you already know exactly what you want on a given SKU and accept the specification as quoted, that SKU can go straight to a ten-box line — but the trial route is what we recommend on any first order with us.
